kk8my1's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
kk8my1 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. kk8my1 is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of third-party game providers whose games are hosted on the Platform.
kk8my1 reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons (without limitation):
Where an account is terminated due to a breach of these Terms, kk8my1 reserves the right to withhold any balance held in the account pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, such balance may be forfeited. Where termination is at kk8my1's discretion and no breach is found, the balance will be returned to the Player via their last registered withdrawal method.
kk8my1 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time.
